Candice Silversides, MD
Dr. Candice Silversides is a Cardiologist whose area of expertise includes pregnancy and heart disease. She has a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health. She is head of Obstetric Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and is a staff Cardiologist at Toronto General Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital. She is director of research at the Toronto Congenital Cardiac Centre for Adults (Toronto General Hospital, Toronto, Canada), Vice President of the Canadian Adult Congenital Heart Network and medical advisor to the Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance. She was co-chair of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society Consensus Conference on the Management of Adults with Congenital Heart Disease and has been a reviewer and contributor to pregnancy topics in UpToDate.
